How does the trial work?
You add a card and get 24 hours with a small credit balance. Cancel from your library before the 24 hours are up and nothing is charged. If you keep it, the plan starts and the full monthly credits are added. One trial per person: a card that has had a trial starts the paid plan straight away. Trial videos carry a small Brimbley mark.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Monthly credits are added on every renewal and the ones you didn't use stay. Yearly plans pay the lower price once and get their credits month by month.
What happens if a video fails?
The credits go straight back to your balance. You only pay for renders that finish. See the refund policy.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes, any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the credits you have stay yours until the period ends.
Can I use the videos commercially?
Yes, on every paid plan. Post them, boost them, run them as paid ads. Only upload products, faces and footage you have the rights to.
Why credits and not "unlimited"?
Every video runs on top models that cost real money per second. Credits keep the price honest, and you always know what something costs before you press go.
Do you add VAT?
Prices are in US dollars. Any VAT or local tax is added at checkout. Businesses can add a VAT number.
