Short version: you only pay for renders that finish, and you can stop any time.

Failed renders

If a render fails, its credits go straight back to your balance. You don't need to ask.

Trial

Cancel within 24 hours from your library and you are never charged. The trial credits end with the trial.

Cancelling a plan

Cancel any time from your library. Your plan keeps running to the end of the period you paid for, and the credits you have stay usable. We don't refund part-used months or years.

Within 14 days

If you haven't used any credits from a payment, ask within 14 days and we refund that payment in full. Once credits from it are used, the payment can't be refunded, because you asked us to start straight away at checkout.

Something went wrong

If a result is clearly broken in a way that isn't fixed by trying again, write to us with the link from your library and we'll return the credits.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before you dispute a payment with your bank; we answer quickly. An account with a disputed payment is put on hold until the dispute is closed.

How to ask

Write to the support address on our website from the email on your account. Refunds go back to the card you paid with within 5 to 10 working days.
