Terms

Last updated 1 November 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Brimbley ("we") for using the Brimbley website, studio and API. By making an account or paying, you accept them.

1. What Brimbley is

Brimbley makes video ads, images, voices and short films with AI models. Results are generated by third-party models and can contain mistakes, odd details or things you didn't ask for. Check every result before you publish it.

2. Your account

3. Plans, credits and payment

4. The 24-hour trial

The trial needs a card and gives a small credit balance for 24 hours. Cancel before it ends and nothing is charged. If you don't cancel, the plan you picked starts and is charged. Each person and card gets one trial; a card that already had one starts the paid plan right away. Trial results carry a small Brimbley mark.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)

You normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because Brimbley is digital content delivered right away, you ask us at checkout to start immediately and accept that the right of withdrawal ends once you use credits. If you haven't used any credits from a payment, you can still withdraw within 14 days and get that payment back in full.

6. What you may make

We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules, without refund.

7. Who owns the results

As between you and us, you own what you upload and the results you make with a paid plan, and you may use them commercially. You give us a limited permission to store and process your uploads and results only to run the service for you. We don't use your uploads to train models. Results made by AI may not be protected by copyright in every country, and similar results can be made by others.

8. Service and changes

We work to keep Brimbley running but can't promise it is always available or that a given model stays offered. We may change or replace models and tools; when a tool goes away, unused credits stay usable on the rest.

9. Liability

Brimbley is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or ad spend, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

10. Ending

You can cancel any time from your library; the plan runs until the end of the period you paid for. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where we are registered. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country they live in. EU consumers can also use the EU's online dispute resolution platform.
