Last updated 1 November 2026
We respect the rights of creators, brands and people. If something made with Brimbley uses your work, trademark, face or voice without permission, tell us and we will look at it quickly.
How to report
Write to with:
- Your name and how we can reach you.
- What is yours (the work, trademark, your face or voice) and where it can be seen.
- Where the content made with Brimbley is (a link, or the platform and account it was posted on).
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't allowed, and that the information you give is accurate.
What happens next
We confirm we received it, usually within two working days. If the report is clear, we remove the content from Brimbley, tell the account holder and act on the account if needed. Content already posted on other platforms has to be reported to them too; we will help where we can.
If your content was removed
If you think we removed something by mistake, reply to our email with why you have the right to use it. We will look again and tell you what we decided.
Repeat cases
Accounts that keep infringing other people's rights are closed.
